The BIG Little Program is specifically designed for children aged 7 - 12 years. This excellent curriculum allows your child to learn through playing. Our program is based on Holistic Integrative Creative Arts Therapy which combines modern day psychology and a variety of creative tools. The BIG Little Program assists kids in building resilience, emotional intelligence and self awareness. It teaches kids how to get in touch with their emotions and provides them with tools and techniques on how to acknowledge them and release what does not serve them, in fun and engaging ways.
